Where do you ship?
We ship anywhere in Australia. For international orders, email us at aerwellnessco@gmail.com and we'll arrange it with you.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is $12 (5–9 business days). Express is $17 (3–4 business days). All orders are sent with Australia Post.
When will my order be sent?
Orders are packed and sent within 1–3 business days. You'll get an email with tracking as soon as it's on its way.
Can I return a product?
Yes. Unopened, unused products can be returned within 14 days of delivery. If anything arrives damaged or faulty, contact us and we'll make it right. See our returns policy for details.
Our products
Which products should I use, and in what order?
Start with Clean shampoo, then Care conditioner. Use Treat masque instead of conditioner once or twice a week for extra moisture. Finish with Renew leave-in cream on damp hair before styling.
Are AER products safe for coloured hair?
Yes. The whole range is sulphate-free and colour safe.
Are they suitable for all hair types?
Yes. Treat and Renew are especially good for dry, damaged or frizz-prone hair.
I have a sensitive scalp. Can I use AER?
Clean is a gentle, sulphate-free shampoo with soothing calendula oil. Everyone's skin is different, so we always recommend a skin test before first use. Stop using a product if irritation occurs.
Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes. Every formula is vegan, and we never test on animals.
Do your products contain fragrance?
We use no synthetic fragrance. Our products are scented with essential oil blends.
Where are your products made?
Every AER product is made in Australia and holds Australian Made certification.
Is your packaging recyclable?
Our tubes are made with post-consumer recycled (PCR) materials, and we ship in recyclable cardboard mailers.
