Where we ship

We ship to addresses within Australia. For international orders, email us at aerwellnessco@gmail.com and we'll arrange it with you.

Processing time

Orders are packed and sent within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You'll receive an email with tracking once your order is on its way.

Rates and delivery times

• Standard: $12, 5–9 business days
• Express: $17, 3–4 business days

All orders are sent with Australia Post in recyclable cardboard mailers. Delivery times are estimates from dispatch and can vary with carrier delays.

Salon and wholesale orders

Salon orders are larger, so they have their own rates: Standard $24.95 (5–9 business days) or Express $34.95 (3–4 business days). Approved stockists can log in and order from the Salon ordering page.

Missing or late parcels

Track your parcel with the link in your shipping email, or on the Australia Post website. If it hasn't arrived or looks lost, contact us and we'll help sort it out.
