Refund policy

Change of mind

You can return a product within 14 days of delivery if it's unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

Please email us at aerwellnessco@gmail.com with your order number before sending anything back. Return postage for change-of-mind returns is at your cost, and original shipping fees aren't refunded. We recommend a tracked service.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, email us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo, and we'll replace it or refund you.

Refunds

Once we've received and checked your return, we'll email to let you know whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few business days to process it.
